Step 1
If cord ends have gotten lost inside a garment or you need to replace a section of cord, this is a quick and easy way to thread it through.
Step 2
Find a safety and secure it to the end of the cord you’re using. This will give you something solid to grip onto when threading through.
Step 3
Insert the safety pin into the channel, pulling the cord in with it.
Step 4
Feel for the safety pin within the fabric and push or pull it along, working in small sections.
Step 5
When you reach the end, pull the safety pin out and remove it from the cord, keeping hold of the cord end until you’ve added a spring-lock stopper or tied a knot.
Step 6
All done!
