architectural project
This collection was inspired by the architecture of the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh. I experimented with various unconventional pattern cutting techniques, such as subtraction pattern cutting and draping. The brief stated that the the collection was to be all black, so I used different textures and fabric weights to create variations.
This outfit was displayed in an exhibition at my university, along with the accompanying illustrations.
